Dear Colleagues, if you are facing locked alarms in PCS 7 where the alarm is always displayed and strike out as incoming alarm:

The solution is quiet simply, do these steps:
Pre-requisites:
If you have redundant server, switch off one server. While one server is off, do these steps on the other online server (Not in client).
1. With WinCC is in run position, unplug the plant bus network. This means remove the connection from WinCC to PLC.
2. Do acknowledge of these locked alarms. Alarms will not acknowledge at this time. It is OK.
3. Deactivate WinCC and restart the PC.
4. After restart PC and activate WinCC, re-connect connection to PLC.
5. Once more, try acknowledge the locked alarms....
6. Alarm will disappeared.....
